Manned guards
WILCO AFRICA Group has over the last few years carried
out a recruitment program identifying suitable candidates
for training in an intensive one month program [subject to regular
refresher courses]. Among modules covered include Martial arts, Public
Relations, Mental Fitness, First Aid, Patrolling, Observation, Search
Procedures and emergency response.
All security operatives are under a supervisor. Our supervisors
posse’s diverse strengths with majority having ex-disciplined force
experience namely military and police.
We invite you to our research and development center in Karen or visit
our training facility at Adams Arcade at the Coliseum gym, where our
guards are trained throughout the week.
